  • Air-con Supervisor
    The primary role is to head the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Team in the daily issues and assist in operational issues. Expected to oversee all maintenance and repair of air-con system, perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) work, determine system problem and make recommendations for repair. Duties of the above includes the following tasks: 1) To lead the PM Team in the day-to-day HVAC issues and to coordinate and lead a team of air-con technicians to achieve their targeted uptime and quality 2) Plan and manage air-con installations, AHU and Chiller servicing and repairs. 3) To ensure proper scheduling of the service & repair schedule as required in accordance with the contract 4) Be able to assess and make complex repairs of related refrigeration and air-con emergencies. 5) To attend weekly operations meeting with customers 6) To supervise ad hoc jobs carried out by contractors/ own technician and ensure safety awareness and work scope are complied with 7) Provide quality information and support to the Management in decision making, particularly in daily services Requirements: - Diploma/ Higher NITEC or Air-con related certificates - At least 3-5 years in air-con services. - Competent skills in carrying out air-con installation, maintenance, repair and environmental control systems. - Good communication skills in oral and writing - Class 3 driving license
  • M&E Supervisor
    Under the direction of the Building/Complex/Condo Manager or other appropriate administrative staff, this role is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings/estate’s facilities and equipments. Duties of the above includes the following tasks: 1) Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees. Including preparation of weekly and monthly schedule. Keep timecards and other routine records. 2) Provide technical guidance on electrical installation and related issues to ensure quality of services and in compliance with relevant regulation. 3) Monitor works issued as responsive repairs, ensuring that repairs completed are cost effective and in accordance with safety policies. 4) Coordinates, installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical and mechanical and other related systems in all locations. 5) Lead the technicians in general repairs such as paintings, patching walls, security hardware, hanging shelves and landscaping 6) Coordinates and inspects major contract works on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all locations. Requirements: - Diploma/ Higher NITEC or technical related certificates - At least 3-5 years of experience in M&E or Building services - Competent skills in carrying out M&E repairs/troubleshooting - Good communication skills in oral and writing
  • Building Technician
    Reports to the Condo Manager/Supervisor with specific responsibilities for the efficient and smooth operation of all estate’s facilities and equipment. You are also expected to respond in public inquiries in a courteous manner, provide information within the area of assignment and resolve complaints in a timely manner. Duties of the above includes, the following tasks: 1) Co ordinate and assisting in the daily operation of the M&E services, carrying out all planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspection, and up-keep of the complex’s common area. 2) To perform weekly check on the building’s Mechanical and Electrical system. 3) Check ALL common area lighting and replace defective lightings 4) To carry out MINOR troubleshoot on any failure on the complex M&E systems and MINOR building works or repairs. 5) To maintain a proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical accessories and materials purchase. 6) To respond and attend to all emergency calls, after office hours and for reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of site. 7) To ensure that service contractors (waste treatment, pest control, fire protection systems, lifts and water treatment) conduct the servicing properly and in accordance to the service contract. 8) To trouble shoot on any failure to the building’s mechanical/electrical system. Requirements: - NITEC or Building related certificate - At least 2 years of experience in M&E services and operations - Proficient in electrical, carpentry, plumbing and handyman skills - Must be able to attend emergency troubleshooting after office hours - Must be familiar with building facilities and equipments
  • Air-con Technician
    Performs skilled air-conditioning work in the installation, inspection, maintenance, alteration and repair of high and low pressure steam and direct gas fired heating, chilled water and direct expansion refrigeration and air-conditioning and ventilating systems and equipments. Duties of the above includes the following tasks: 1) Ability to install, inspect, maintain, modify and repair a wide variety of ventilating, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, equipments and controls. 2) Calibrates and adjusts thermostats, valves and controls to specified level of operation. 3) Reads meter and gauges and records data such as temperature of equipment & hours of operations. 4) Diagnose electro-mechanical, electrical and mechanical malfunctions. 5) Make a complex emergency repairs. Test and treats circulating water to prevent scale and corrosion. 6) Effectively use test equipments, safely lift heavy tools and materials. 7) Answers trouble calls for emergency repairs to refrigeration and air-con equipments. 8) May assist in preparing material lists, estimating job costs, preparing job records and maintaining inventory of supplies and tools for assigned projects. Requirements: - NITEC or technical related certificate - At least 2 years of experience in hands on Air-con servicing and installation. - Has competent skills in carrying out air-con services - Must be able to attend troubleshooting after office hours - Must be familiar with variety of hand tools and power equipments.
